This role is responsible for creating and delivering engaging, effective training that builds technical capability, strengthens leadership skills, and reinforces Interstates’ standards and best practices across our design teams. The ideal candidate combines strong VDC/MEP technical expertise with the ability to teach, coach, and facilitate learning for adult audiences.
