Pathway Group is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our footprint across all funding streams, including Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, AEB, Advanced Learner Loans, and our commercial training offer. You will be working alongside our Contract Managers and Performance Team to grow the contracts, build relationships with employers and referral agencies, and develop commercial offers that meet the needs of both employers and learners.
