Responsibilities
Complete nutritional assessments for patients to create care plans with nutritional goals; Document assessments of patients with nutritional goals and interventions in the medical record; Provide oversight for patient services and production staff and monitor meal service; Ensure patient preferences are recorded on meal tickets and that all meals and snacks adhere to the resident's needs; Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures; Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
