Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of committed roadmaps with clear scope and estimates; Review and develop code for high-risk or complex changes; Resolve high-complexity technical problems and prevent recurrence; Provide architectural direction and maintain code style and best practices; Own production stability including triage, error correction, and security remediation; Sustain release flow from sandbox to production; Develop team members by delegating to Tech Leads and providing performance feedback; Participate in the hiring process including technical interviews; Write and enforce technical documentation; Act as interface between Product, QA, DevOps, and Support; Be available to resolve critical issues as needed
