Responsibilities
Lead and provide guidance to Business Analysts across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring consistent approaches to requirements and backlog management. Own the backlog decomposition strategy and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog. Partner with Product Owners and customer stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain alignment with product vision. Establish and enforce clear Definitions of Ready and Done across development teams. Provide transparency into backlog health through metrics and dashboards. Take a leadership role in Program Increment planning, coordinating dependencies and timelines. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and impediments. Collaborate with architects, testers, and developers to ensure end-to-end alignment. Lead retrospectives and Communities of Practice for Business Analysts. Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps. Facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer journey mapping, and business analysis workshops. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for standardization. Develop detailed process maps and supporting narratives. Support gap analyses, workflow analysis, and business process modeling. Generate contractual deliverables within agreed scope and timelines. Provide business analysis and technical support during Agile ceremonies. Promote continuous improvement across the end-to-end analysis and delivery process.
