Responsibilities
Administer and evolve the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms; Manage user, role, and rights administration; Analyze and implement new functions and digital tools (video hosting, virtual conferences, AI); Configure and support API interfaces between LMS and internal systems (App, CRM, ERP, HR, Analytics); Collaborate on technical implementation of digital learning formats (online courses, webinars, blended learning); Ensure system availability and data security with internal IT and external vendors; Support rollouts, updates, and migrations; Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides; Contribute to reporting and evaluation concepts for learning success measurement
