Responsibilities
Ensure safety compliance including permit compliance, risk assessments, and safe systems of work; Plan and coordinate industrial services jobs, turnaround scopes, and project work; Develop short- and medium-term work schedules; Provide field supervision and technical direction for contracted services; Lead contractor performance reviews and drive corrective actions; Operate or direct complex industrial cleaning and maintenance equipment; Identify and resolve complex equipment and process inefficiencies; Implement quality assurance processes and analyze defect data; Work with Discipline Supervisors, Schedulers, and Operations to maintain accurate schedules; Drive improvements to PPMs and maintenance workflows; Maintain oversight of catalyst shed, yard, and jet bay standards; Provide cover and support for the Industrial Services Supervisor; Execute internal communications regarding plans and risks.
