Attend development builds under direction of Operations Engineering DRI; Provide guidance to contract manufacturing (CM) partner engineers; Act as project leader on complex projects; Plan and implement technically complex procedures for PCBA manufacturing, rework, and testing; Make recommendations for changes in testing equipment and manufacturing processes; Design new processes to improve quality and efficiency; Interface with PCBA Subcontractors to manage Volume Manufacturing builds and rework processes; Ensure subcontractor adherence to Process Parameters and Procedures.
