Responsibilities
Review new product designs and specifications providing DFM feedback; conduct tolerance analysis, FEA, and FMEA to identify design risks; assess fabrication and assembly strategies; plan and lead Design of Experiments (DoEs); collaborate with suppliers to develop flow mapping and equipment plans; establish quality control and inspection stations on production lines; support new product development builds and drive quality issues to closure; plan and run validation trials for high-volume production; develop and execute component/module reliability testing plans; manage IQC, IPQC, OQC, and ORT programs; conduct periodic reviews of field and factory quality data; drive production improvements including robotics and automation
