Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex IS&T engineering programs across enterprise applications, systems, compliance, infrastructure, platforms, and AI/ML initiatives. Partner with engineering, compliance, product, business, privacy, legal, finance, operations, and regional stakeholders to define program scope, delivery plans, compliance governance, audit readiness, control requirements, and success metrics. Translate regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements into structured engineering execution plans, including milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, evidence requirements, and operational readiness criteria. Drive audit readiness by ensuring programs have clear documentation, decision records, control evidence, access governance, change management records, testing results, monitoring data, and post-launch support models. Work with engineering teams to establish sustainable compliance mechanisms, such as system logging, monitoring, access control reviews, data flow traceability, operational dashboards, anomaly detection, and audit trails. Manage cross-functional dependencies across global and regional teams, and prepare clear executive-level updates, audit summaries, audit readiness materials, risk reviews, and decision documents.
