Responsibilities
Organize sprint work including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking; Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams; Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants; Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses; Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and agreed next steps; Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations; Run regular team syncs and follow up to ensure decisions are translated into execution; Support changes in requirements by assessing their potential impact on scope, timelines, and delivery; Coordinate operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders; Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues that could affect timelines, quality, or product outcomes
