Responsibilities
Manage special and non-stock orders from receipt to completion and invoicing, communicate with local and international suppliers for availability and pricing, evaluate quotes for special orders, record and track orders in the ERP system, coordinate urgent shipments (air and other), monitor order progress and update Sales, customers, and other departments, negotiate with suppliers and carriers for cost and profit improvement, ensure price accuracy and required profitability, analyze recurring customer needs and propose new products
