Run ERCOT generation interconnection end-to-end from queue entry to commercial operations; Lead POI selection and gen-tie development including routing, easements, and TSP negotiations; Define export architecture covering PUN topology, metering, and protection controls; Drive ERCOT market entry including registration and settlement; Build monetization strategy for export scheduling, BESS arbitrage, and ancillary services; Own curtailment economics and build the decision model; Engage PUCT/ERCOT on rulemakings; Create a repeatable interconnection playbook for future campuses
