Manage day-to-day primary freight operations and support achievement of OTP and OTD service targets; Coordinate import and export activities in line with SC Johnson requirements and applicable local customs legislation; Maintain visibility of goods in transit in SAP and support end-to-end shipment traceability; Resolve day-to-day transportation issues that may affect product distribution; Map and improve import/export processes, including creating and updating standard operating procedures; Analyze carrier and freight-forwarder performance to support the Primary Freight Lead; Support delivery of Primary Freight budget and cost-saving objectives through transportation analysis; Support Primary Freight tenders through market benchmarking and carrier-performance analysis.
