Responsibilities
Lead the proposal process from RFP receipt through submission and post-submission support; Partner with Pursuit Managers to develop proposal plans, schedules, and compliance requirements; Facilitate proposal kick-offs, review sessions, strategy workshops, and progress meetings; Shape compelling proposal content, win themes, and client-focused messaging; Review submissions to ensure quality, compliance, consistency, and accuracy; Identify and manage risks that may impact proposal quality or deadlines; Lead post-submission clarifications, debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives; Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the regional proposal team; Manage proposal resourcing and workload priorities across the AUA region; Support collaboration across the global CAT network and promote proposal best practices; Provide guidance on related CAT processes, including CRM and pursuit governance
