Responsibilities
Act as Level 2 escalation point for infrastructure troubleshooting, Serve as Subject Matter Expert for security hardening and vulnerability management, Manage and maintain servers, virtual machines, hypervisors, storage systems, and networks, Configure and maintain IT hardware across multiple locations, Ensure systems align with cybersecurity requirements and patching schedules, Define and update system manuals and operational procedures, Report on system performance and security updates, Diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures, Participate in planning and scoping of new system implementations, Manage support renewals, licenses, and vendor engagements, Provide after-hours support and participate in 24/7 on-call roster
