Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development projects from discovery through deployment and post-launch support; Gather and clarify business requirements with clients and translate them into actionable project plans; Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts; Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation; Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers; Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates and executive reporting; Work closely with Product Managers and technical leads to prioritize features and balance business needs with technical feasibility; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; Track project metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-down charts, defect rates, and delivery milestones; Manage change requests and scope changes while minimizing project risks; Support pre-sales activities by assisting with project estimation, solution planning, and client presentations when needed
