Responsibilities
Calibrate field instruments including transmitters, sensors, gauges, flowmeters, and control valves per GMP procedures; Perform mechanical alignments, shaft coupling, lubrication, pump overhauling, and pneumatic system troubleshooting; Lead or support issuance and execution of work permits (LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space); Monitor equipment health parameters and propose predictive maintenance actions; Support engineering projects for equipment upgrades, safety enhancements, and automation improvements; Execute shut-down maintenance activities including dismantling, inspection, and reassembly.
