Responsibilities
Lead complex digital product and mobile platform deliveries from initial discovery through launch and live operations; Establish comprehensive project plans balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and client business outcomes; Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, acting as their primary delivery partner; Own project financials, including accurate forecasting, budget management, and monitoring profitability; Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring Statements of Work are delivered within commercial parameters; Maintain effective delivery governance across risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions; Partner closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Product teams to create realistic, technically sound plans; Champion the adoption of AI and modern delivery tools to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and team efficiency; Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement by helping to evolve delivery standards and best practices; Coach and mentor less experienced Project Managers across the Delivery practice.
