Responsibilities
Review and evaluate learner responses to TOEFL and TESOL practice questions using established scoring rubrics and evaluation criteria. Review and edit written feedback provided to learners, ensuring it is accurate, clear, constructive, and aligned with the applicable rubric. Develop in-depth familiarity with assigned TOEFL question types, such as Write an Email, Virtual Interview, or Academic Discussion, including how responses should be structured and scored. Apply assessment standards consistently while identifying the strengths and weaknesses of learner responses. Participate in peer-review activities by comparing evaluations with those of other contractors and grader-generated scores to support scoring consistency and accuracy. Contribute to ongoing quality assurance by identifying discrepancies, clarifying assessment standards, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
