Maintain and modify electrical and mechanical systems within a GMP production environment; Perform complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of automated packaging and manufacturing equipment; Maintain PC applications for control systems and perform PLC programming; Execute calibration procedures for process measuring devices; Research, write, and revise technical documentation for production equipment; Provide technical assistance for equipment failure investigations including Root Cause Analysis; Document maintenance work following ALCOA principles.
