Lead the HSE Business Partnering function and support the HSE Manager in delivering organizational HSE strategy; Work with operational leaders to identify risks and embed HSE considerations into business planning; Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen safety leadership and accountability; Provide advice on WHS legislation, CoR, HVNL, and internal HSE policies; Oversee serious incident investigations and risk assessments; Partner with the Systems Manager to improve HSE governance frameworks; Oversee workplace inspections, compliance audits, and contractor HSE assurance; Analyze HSE trends and data to identify emerging risks; Develop and implement HSE campaigns and improvement programs.
