Responsibilities
Manage and monitor non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio toward efficient resolution; Supervise, train, and develop Asset Resolution Department staff; Conduct proactive portfolio management in accordance with performance standards; Monitor and manage commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure activities; Direct and liaise with in-house/outside attorneys, collection agencies, and vendors; Negotiate settlement agreements and bidding instructions; Monitor loss mitigation workout performance and loss severity trends; Implement and communicate loss mitigation decisions; Maintain delinquency and loss mitigation reporting with trend analysis; Conduct comprehensive analysis of debtors' financial position and credit status; Perform quarterly portfolio reviews to reassess recovery estimates; Monitor related expenses and propose protective advances; Participate in department budget preparation.
