Responsibilities
Take ownership of day-to-day site management and project delivery, Manage commercial, industrial and agricultural construction projects, Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site activities, Manage construction programmes, sequencing and daily priorities, Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to specification, Read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans and project specifications, Coordinate materials, deliveries, inspections and site logistics, Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained, Identify and resolve construction issues and coordinate practical solutions, Maintain accurate site records, documentation and health and safety requirements, Lead the site team and create a professional, productive working environment
