Lead and coordinate international Biopharma TechOps projects with a focus on technology transfers, Establish and manage cross-functional project teams and arrange kick-off- and project meetings, Drive project execution to achieve target milestones within the budget, Monitor project progress and maintain integrated project plans in project management tools, Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies, Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and key decisions, Coordinate manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and technical stakeholders throughout project execution, Support setting up Statements of Works and aligning them with external partners and service providers, Facilitate problem-solving discussions and drive resolution of complex project challenges
