Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate global project aspects (architectural, structural, MEP) within time, cost, and quality constraints; Prepare quotes, Total Contract offers, and manage project budgets; Define, supervise, and approve executive design in collaboration with external designers; Prepare subcontracting contracts and manage economic negotiations; Monitor construction progress, verify interim payments, authorize expenses, and evaluate variations; Monitor site direction and participate in site meetings to resolve issues; Manage monthly reporting, risk management, and project documentation; Coordinate project closure, commissioning, final settlement, and obtain habitability permits.
