Ensure IFA activities are well planned and adequately budgeted in State PIPs/RoPs; Prepare brief, actionable advocacy notes using field data; Coordinate with government counterparts to refresh IEC/BCC content; Align state plans with national guidance and GoAP priorities; Prepare the state IFA implementation plan with milestones and risk mitigations; Support M&E process design and tool development; Develop guidelines, trackers, and tools for implementation and monitoring; Undertake field visits to provide technical support and supervise activities; Coordinate with government procurement/logistics counterparts to strengthen last-mile distribution.
