Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project plans across multiple workstreams; Establish and maintain effective project governance structures, processes and reporting frameworks; Identify, track and manage cross-project dependencies and critical paths; Monitor project budgets, expenditure, forecasts and financial performance; Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines and contractual commitments; Provide accurate and timely project reporting to executives, steering committees and other key stakeholders; Proactively identify delivery risks and implement appropriate corrective actions; Coordinate multiple project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery; Support organisational change and business readiness activities where required
