Responsibilities
Fill out quality control forms for daily temperature monitoring and standard procedures; Perform asepsis of general laboratory materials; Conduct special staining depending on specific requirements; Fill, package, and label materials and equipment according to service orders; Collect samples using special techniques and appropriate instruments; Maintain laboratory cleanliness; Archive slides and paraffin blocks within the sector and transport them to the general archive; Perform cleaning and/or disinfection of utensils and laboratory installations; Assist in preparing laboratory materials for research; Assist in weighing, mixing, and filtering materials according to recommended processes; Organize slides for biomedical analysts to analyze collected materials; Control stock of materials used in the laboratory.
