Responsibilities
Establish project execution strategy and lead projects through completion; Manage domestic and export customer projects ensuring compliance with commercial, logistics, and trade regulations; Drive project performance by managing schedules, milestones, resources, and quality; Monitor and control project financials including revenue recognition and cash collection; Identify and manage project risks, claims, and change orders; Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics activities; Act as primary customer interface for escalations and issue resolution; Ensure successful project close-out and customer acceptance; Coach project team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
