Responsibilities
Lead and develop venue teams supported by Assistant Managers, monitor performance and manage P&L and KPIs, optimize revenue and costs, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability, ensure effective planning and operational execution, work closely with Assistant F&B Director and other departments to support overall F&B strategy.
