Lead long-range capacity planning across key manufacturing and supply network nodes; Translate long-term demand forecasts into capacity requirements, constraints, risks, and opportunities; Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess impact of changing demand and network constraints; Evaluate capacity sufficiency and identify future gaps, bottlenecks, and investment requirements; Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions to align assumptions; Establish and improve long-range planning processes and decision cadences; Present complex analysis as clear insights for senior leaders
