Responsibilities
Lead production and kitting operations across different national locations; Manage a team of approximately 70 direct and indirect employees including Production Supervisors; Plan and manage productive capacity, headcount, and operational resources; Monitor production indicators, productivity, quality, costs, and profitability; Supervise inventories, BOM, and related ERP/WMS processes; Coordinate outsourced manufacturing operations and external suppliers; Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma; Standardize processes across different operations; Develop and strengthen the capabilities of Production Supervisors and operational teams; Work closely with teams and leaders in Mexico and the United States; Travel between different operations as business needs require
