Support Risk Managers in identifying contractual risks; Analyze client requirements during the bidding phase; Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of contractual requirements; Define high-level project programs and budgets based on contractual milestones; Create work order requests; Interact with clients during contract signing; Identify contractual milestones including payment terms; Support revenue plan definition and creation in enterprise tools; Measure initiative performance through predefined KPIs; Participate in project team meetings to discuss project evolution and performance; Define corrective actions to ensure project schedule compliance; Attend client meetings to discuss performance, issues, or delays; Support analysis of client-requested changes; Negotiate with clients on contractual requirements and revenue plans; Collaborate on budget revisions and baseline updates; Coordinate with the legal unit post-signing and support contract drafting/modifications; Identify preventive and corrective actions for debt collection and price negotiations; Support dispute management with clients regarding claims or non-compliance.
