Responsibilities
Analyze and independently resolve mechanical faults in various installations and production systems; Perform diagnostics on technical equipment including pumps, valves, pipes, tanks, heat exchangers, drives, transport systems, HVAC, and utilities; Execute preventive inspections and maintenance tasks according to the established schedule in Ultimo; Supervise and guide external contractors during maintenance and inspection work; Implement technical modifications and improvements requested by the production department to enhance efficiency and reliability; Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment and processes to optimize availability; Respond to periodic on-call shifts to resolve faults outside regular working hours; Act quickly and effectively during acute failures to minimize production loss.
