Manage P&L, revenue targets, and cost control across all clinics in the area; Ensure consistent clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with veterinary regulations; Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinic managers and support staff; Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, and drive retention; Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across sites; Implement company-wide SOPs and roll out new services/products at clinic level; Analyze footfall, case volume, and revenue data; Identify expansion opportunities within the city; Ensure staff scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination across clinics; Drive marketing/local outreach initiatives in coordination with HQ marketing team
