Responsibilities
Lead architectural design, plotting, and master planning activities. Ensure design quality, timely delivery, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with sales teams, project managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Manage project kick off meetings and weekly design review meetings. Review consultant drawings and deliverables across various project stages. Provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with project standards. Ensure compliance with Isprava's planning, design, and implementation standards. Prepare feasibility reports, design proposals, presentations, and project documentation. Collaborate with MEP engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other consultants. Ensure compliance with Indian building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements. Conduct regular site visits to monitor design quality and construction progress. Provide technical guidance and practical design solutions to site and construction teams. Oversee snagging, final inspections, and project completion prior to handover. Identify and resolve design related challenges proactively.
