Responsibilities
Own store P&L including manpower cost, shrinkage, and operational expenses; ensure SLA adherence and order accuracy; manage end-to-end inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation; lead the full store team including hiring, training, and performance coaching; ensure statutory compliance regarding labor law, safety, and hygiene; drive continuous process improvement in layout and workflow; act as primary point of contact for regional leadership on store performance metrics.
