Responsibilities
Lead safe, compliant, reliable and efficient operation of pretreatment and wastewater-treatment areas; Own production performance across safety, availability, utilisation, throughput, quality, yield, cost and reliability; Translate business priorities into annual operating plans and improvement programmes; Drive continuous improvement across production capacity and process efficiency; Lead investigations into production interruptions and process deviations; Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, Procurement and Finance to improve asset performance; Manage operating expenditure and support capital-investment initiatives; Lead workforce planning, recruitment, capability development and succession planning; Contribute to site strategy as a member of the refinery leadership team.
