Responsibilities
Lead the APJC Programs Office and establish the operating model for regional strategic program execution. Partner with senior leadership to convert strategic priorities into clear programs with measurable outcomes. Build and manage the governance framework for strategic initiatives including reviews and risk management. Guide and develop program management resources. Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partners, Operations, and Finance. Ensure programs are connected to regional business priorities. Establish mechanisms for program intake, prioritization, and benefits realization. Create executive-ready materials and dashboards. Identify execution gaps and resolve organizational dependencies. Support the maturation of the APJC TSO operating model.
