Responsibilities
Complete routine activities and tasks established by MTL and leaders during the shift, attend to established goals aligned with immediate leadership, participate in performance feedback processes, actively participate in shift exchanges ensuring accuracy of information, identify and report opportunities found in the area, complete required local and functional training including EHS&S and technical process training, understand function responsibilities and follow appropriate work processes and procedures, use pertinent tools and systems, perform field rounds, act according to work process discipline.
