Provide packaging process and material expertise; Participate in Joint Process Team (JPT) meetings as primary TSMS; Maintain oversight of key batch processing records; Write technical reports on initiatives and metrics; Conduct site visits to Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to assess capability and resolve issues; Ensure appropriate control strategies for assigned products; Identify continuous improvement opportunities; Support generation and review of Annual Product Reports (APRs) and PQRs; Prepare technical inquiry Position Papers and briefing documentation; Manage product/process transfer projects; Mentor and coach less senior TSMS scientists and engineers; Support investigations related to deviations and complaints; Support new product introductions and technical transfers.
