Responsibilities
Lead and manage the support and project team for Ariba upstream modules; Provide expert guidance on SAP Ariba and oversee integration with S/4HANA; Facilitate workshops to document business requirements; Translate requirements into configuration or development solutions; Manage team capacity, KPIs, and SLA performance; Troubleshoot complex functional and configuration issues; Manage prioritization of enhancements and change requests; Coordinate quarterly SAP release testing; Conduct impact analysis for ticket categorization; Act as primary point of contact for critical incidents; Support test planning and execute end-to-end testing; Document functional and technical system design specifications; Execute client-facing support and stakeholder engagement; Communicate project status and mitigate risks; Promote client satisfaction and build trusted relationships
