Responsibilities
Book and manage ocean export shipments with freight forwarders and NVOCCs; Prepare and verify complete export document sets including dangerous goods declarations; File EEI in AES/AESDirect and resolve compliance alerts; Screen consignees against denied party lists; Apply Schedule B and HTS classification for exported materials; Coordinate waste-classified movements under Basel Convention and EU WSR; Track shipments and manage exceptions like demurrage or holds; Maintain export records per EAR and FTR requirements; Reconcile carrier invoices against quoted rates; Maintain shipment data in TMS and ERP for reporting.
