Ensure centralized reporting vision for EMEA BU, Act as EPM business reference ensuring data quality and timeliness, Manage monthly closing deadlines and prepare monthly reporting for BU leadership, Track key performance indicators including sales, backlog, FTE/ETP, EBITDA, and cash flow, Lead ad-hoc reporting and closing process projects, Pilot monthly cash flow forecast uploads, Participate in budget and forecast process animation, Deploy group financial rules and reporting systems, Pilot Finance IT evolution projects and train users on EPM tools
