Partner with Director of Planning to develop annual sales, margin, and turn plans; analyze monthly performance and business strategy changes to reforecast sales, markdowns, and inventory; own daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reporting; analyze sales performance and stock levels to recommend adjustments and set allocation targets; communicate with stores and buying team on business needs and stock levels; manage vendor performance and allowance process; ensure merchandise adjustments are closed out weekly/monthly; lead markdown process by providing department targets and owning pricing updates; support warehouse with transfer orders and annual physical inventory process.
