Lead and coach the Security Team to achieve guest service and colleague satisfaction results; Manage incident reporting and follow-up including liaising with insurers and guests; Develop and maintain procedures for dealing with intoxicated persons, thefts, evictions, cash escorts, lost and found, crime prevention, and fire alarm response; Support the Security Manager in leading department operations including payroll, budgeting, administration, evaluations, hiring, training, and scheduling; Manage Wildlife control measures on property; Manage safety equipment and inspections; Represent the hotel in court if required.
