Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and document production readiness for NPI & ECR; Coordinate Design Approval, Line build, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release; Solve 2nd level machine downtime; Resolve internal & customer defects using 7QC tools and PDCA; Lead process improvement projects (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP); Coordinate Process/Customer Audits and Capability & Calibration activities; Drive PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements; Develop new processes, standard templates & share knowledge; Benchmark, Localization, tool life improvement; Reduce CT and validate with DOE; Coordinate with development and lead plant for process and new products.
