Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of large Logistics Systems projects; Establish and drive project management best practices; Lead and mentor a team of Senior Project Managers; Serve as executive escalation point for critical risks; Develop executive-level customer relationships; Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global entities; Drive portfolio-level resource planning and capacity management; Ensure robust project controls including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management; Provide leadership on contract administration and claims management; Support business development during proposal development; Monitor project performance trends and implement corrective actions; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; Promote innovation in project delivery methodologies; Partner with Operations for project handover; Develop and grow junior team members; Assume full P&L accountability for assigned projects.
