Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reports; Manage cash-flow forecasting, working capital, and upcoming financial commitments; Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and actual-versus-budget reporting; Manage accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, and creditor issues; Process or oversee payroll, timesheets, superannuation, PAYG, leave, and reconciliations; Coordinate BAS, GST, payroll tax, ATO reporting, and recurring statutory obligations; Maintain general ledger integrity, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions; Support month-end, year-end, accruals, prepayments, and fixed-asset requirements; Coordinate insurance renewals, claims, reimbursements, and associated administration; Support employee onboarding, contracts, and finance-related HR administration; Maintain ERP, payroll, banking, and financial reporting systems and spreadsheets
